People who noticed the Bank Explosion
Just to let you know, Julietta and Bobby have both noticed the explosion and have decided to check it out. We think they will be in the street outside
by the time that the people inside decide to come out, given distances and things.

Hm... Is there any chance of anyone still being there up to half an hour after the blast? I think Mariana could get there in less, but I want to get
an idea.

I'm working on the assumption that using the bathroom and collecting up the bits and bobs from the previous night is going to take them at least 15
minutes, if not more. It's unlikely that meeting Bobby and Julietta is going to take much less than that again, so I guess it would be plausible.
Are those timings about right do you think?

I think they'd still be there a while after the blast pick up their things and eat. You could always just see them leaving, too, I guess.

Probably feel less contrived if the group got together in dribs and drabs, maybe two meet up outside, then inside meet with outside, then remaining
outside meet with them, sort of thing. People would be arriving at slightly different times and once the group starts forming (in whatever way it
does) it's unlikely to go anywhere fast...

Elegie is just awakening, so it'll take me some time to write her up to the point of the explosion. And since she is also completely paranoid, she'll
actually stay -away- from the explosion until much later. At most she'll spy on the scene from far away with a pair of stolen binoculars, so unless
somebody catches her from behind, she'll not meet anybody for the moment.

Okay, is there any way that someone can hear Mariana shouting from a street or two away once the group moves outside?
